Smoke and Heat Simulation Training Chamber

烟热模拟训练舱.jpg

The whole training system of the smoke and heat simulation training cabin is mainly composed of training cabin, grid network channel, various obstacle systems, vertical restricted training system, ventilation and smoke exhaust training system, control system, environmental detection system, smoke generation system, monitoring system, broadcasting system, and other subsystems.

It is used for emergency rescue personnel to experience psychological adaptability and practical training, and improve their rapid response, emergency disposal and self-safety protection capabilities in fire and explosion emergencies.

Advantages and characteristics of the cabin:

1. Safety: The device adopts a variety of safety measures to ensure the safety of the training process. Unsafe factors such as excessive temperature, training accidents, smoke overpressure and misoperation of the device can be automatically interlocked and the system can be automatically shut down during the training process.

2. Environmental protection: The simulation training uses clean energy and does not pollute the environment.

3. Authenticity: The simulation training mold adopts simulation design to simulate the real environment of dark smoke on the scene, and truly experience the feeling of the fire scene.

4. Comprehensiveness: The simulation training is based on the training subjects. The warehouse integrates smoke and heat tolerance, dark environment search and rescue, demolition, ventilation and smoke exhaust training, horizontal restricted pipeline training, vertical restricted pipeline training, climbing and slow descent, rope technology training and other contents.

The smoke and heat simulation training cabin is a two-story training space built by two special square cabins. The whole can be hoisted and transported, realizing the movement of equipment.

The cabin size is: 12000mm×3000mm×11200mm (length×width×height). As the cabin of the simulation training system, it has a strong structure and high strength, and can resist distortion without causing permanent deformation. All inner surfaces (four walls and top) are made of weather-resistant steel plates and filled with heat-insulating glass magnesium plates, with a service life of not less than 10 years; the bottom plate is paved with anti-corrosion and anti-slip steel plates. Cabin appearance: anti-corrosion material spraying, the manufacturer provides colors and patterns (or the appearance is formulated according to the user's requirements).

There is a steel grid channel module in the first-floor cabin, with two layers of training channels, the lower channel height is 1000mm, and the upper channel height is 1700mm. There are various types of obstacles in the channel to simulate the real environment of the fire scene, such as overturning, collapse, ground accumulation, etc. On the premise of ensuring safety, there is a glue dye trap in the channel. Smoke and heat can be generated in the space; simulating the smoke and noise of the fire scene enhances the authenticity of the fire simulation;

The second-floor cabin has four anti-theft door demolition areas, a mobile maze module, and a vertical restricted training pipeline connected to the first floor.

There are two slow-down search and rescue training wellheads on the cabin roof. There is also a weighted climbing training for the outer well ladder. Combined with the actual rescue needs of the training team, the trainees can feel the actual combat training effect under the simulated environmental conditions, and complete the training system of various technical and tactical skills such as correct use of equipment, mastering self-protection, and performing emergency rescue. This system can simulate multiple types of disaster relief scenarios and is an effective tool for training rescue personnel. Through training, the trainees' emergency response and safety assurance capabilities can be improved. The system will also make quantitative assessments based on fire-fighting methods, fire-fighting time, and fire-fighting effects, providing a basis for training assessments.
